Pelvic Health and Connection

Internal Pelvic Release Work for all stages of life, pelvic concerns, and general pelvic health and well-being. Get to know your pelvic space so you know what is normal for you. Internal Pelvic Release supports your body to find its own state of functional balance.

Every pelvis is unique and has a story, shaped by experiences such as birth, menstruation, menopause, surgery, trauma, accidents, and posture. It can hold pleasure or pain—but there is always the possibility for change and healing. Internal Release Work can be especially helpful for:

  • Pelvic Pain or Discomfort - Pain, vulvodynia, vaginismus, or discomfort with sex can create tension, and tension can create more pain. Gentle, slow release work helps tissues soften, improving circulation and flow, and supporting relief and ease.

  • Preconception, Menstrual or Fertility Concerns - Tension or inflammation in the pelvic and abdominal ligaments and fascia can affect blood flow, nerve signaling, lymphatic drainage, and organ alignment. This can impact hormones, comfort, and overall function. Internal release work, education, and movement practices can help restore balance.

  • Bladder, Bowel, Digestive, or Prolapse Symptoms - Fascial and ligament tension can restrict organ mobility and function. Softening these tissues supports alignment, circulation, and ease, and complements a multidisciplinary approach.

Pelvic Education

Understanding your pelvic anatomy and how your body functions is foundational. Learning about your structures empowers you to participate in practices that bring balance, strength, and comfort.

Internal Release, Pelvic Balancing and Breathing

When the pelvis is in balance, organs and tissues receive optimal nerve and blood supply. Gentle release, stretches, movement, and directed breath work encourage alignment, circulation, and a deeper connection with your body.

Pelvic Floor Function and Exercise

The pelvic floor is dynamic and complex. Through posture, activation, softening techniques, and breath, we can cultivate balanced tone and functional strength. You’ll learn exercises tailored to your body and guidance on how to continue release work independently.
